well sam since u've replced dirt with git, im gonna tell everybody wat git means in the dictionary
git n : a person who is deemed to be despicable or contemptible; "only a rotter would do that"; "kill the rat"; "throw the bum out"; "you cowardly little pukes!"; "the British call a contemptible person a `git'" [syn: rotter, dirty dog, rat, skunk, stinker, stinkpot, bum, puke, crumb, lowlife, scum bag, so-and-so]
so now tell me does dirt sound as bad as git
dirt n : obscene terms for feces [syn: crap, dirt, shite, poop]
scumbag or dirt, which one sounds worse

1. Which dictionary? 2. *drags out Webster Unabridged* Uf! Okay.... *reading....* *still reading* Okay. Looks like I forgot to read the very very very obscure final word in the definition. 3. This is the sense that it was meant to be in: (from wikipedia) scum (plural gits) 1. (British slang) A contemptible person. Ed is a right scum. 2. (British slang) A stupid or unpleasant person. Jacko is a scum. Usage notes Generally used affectionately. 'Get' can also be used, with a subtle change of meaning. 'You cheeky get!' is slightly less harsh than 'You cheeky scum!'. 4. Happy? It's "scum" now.

By the way, the operative word in that other dictionary is "obscene."

Here's a deal: Y'all don't use words that have the word "obscene" in their definition, and I'll stop coming up with random British words to replace them, 'kay?
